The course is specifically designed for IT professionals who are required to manage IT projects in a very dynamic and competitive environment. It covers almost every type of IT project: infrastructure, software, systems integration, and organizational transformation. It focus on the role of the project manager at each phase of the project life cycle, helping you gain the key techniques to manage all kinds of projects you may encounter. You will be well-versed in PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, RUP, CMMI, 6-Sigma and OPM3 frameworks/methodologies. Our focus is not to give you a “tool box” full of terminologies, templates or checklists but the thought process behind them. At the end of the two-day course, you’ll be confident to determine customer requirements, set objectives to meet stakeholder needs, manage changes and risks.
