從來想到這次能請到新版PMBOK (PMBOK 3rd )風險管理章節的總主筆David Hillson來台講授風險管理的課程，但是我們真的辦到了!! 一年也只有這一次機會。下一次是什麼時候，我也不知道~~

風險管理是一門尚在高度發展的學門，一個成功風險管理必須考量諸多原素。而基礎的風險管理知識目前已廣受企業接受與了解。尤其在專案部份，大多數的企業組織都各自會有一套自己方法及架構去管理專案風險。 令人遺憾的是，風險管理往往不如預期的成效而導致專案失敗。所以我特別設計這門進階的課程，從基本的風險管理架構介紹，並導入進階的風險管理項目以改進風險管理效能。在此建議出席者須有基本風險管理概念及實務經驗。

Risk management is a developing discipline, and many factors contribute to its success. The basics are now well understood and accepted, and most organisations have implemented a structured approach to managing risk, especially for their projects. Unfortunately risk management does not always deliver the promised benefits, and projects continue to fail. This advanced course builds on the foundation of basic risk management and introduces a number of topics which can contribute to improved risk management effectiveness. It is assumed that attendees already have a good understanding of the principles and practice of basic risk management, with some experience of applying it on projects or programmes.
