GOAL |

To learn the knowledge, experience, techniques, and tools of the project management that helps to pass the PMP certification exam. |

COURSE STRUCTURE |
| |
The course is divided into 2 parts and will take total 36 hours to complete, which includes:
(1) Project Management Knowledge Areas Review encompasses the entire nine Knowledge Areas defined by PMBOK that forms the foundation of the exam;
(2) Project Life Cycle Review covers the end-to-end project management processes that interlink the Knowledge Areas within project phases to penetrate the “scenario based questions” in the exam. In addition, this course provides simulating tests to students for their in-class and after-class practice, either on-line, or by paper and pencil. |

OBJECTIVES |

(1) Comprehending the principles and processes of the nine Project Management Knowledge Areas;
(2) Master the tools and techniques described in the five project management process; and
(3) Associate the five day learning experience directly to the PMP certification test. |

REQUIREMENTS: |

(1) Complete the reading assignments prior to classes；
(2) Actively participate in the knowledge sharing and group discussion in the classroom；
(3) Record the daily learning log upon the closure of class. |
