Part I： Project Management Knowledge Areas Review encompasses the entire Nine Knowledge Areas defined by PMBOKR Guide 4th edition that forms the foundation of the exam;
Part II： Project Management Process Groups and PMP Test Overview covers the end-to-end Project management processes that interlink the Knowledge Areas with five Project Management Process Groups to penetrate the “scenario based questions” in the exam. In addition, Part II provides 130 simulating tests for in- class discussion and after-class practice. It takes 36 hours to complete Part I and II.
Part III：a) Post-Class Review Sessions provide an overall review of six Domain Areas included in the PMP Exam. It takes 10 hours to finish the 5 sessions(please refer to page 8 for detailed plan); b) Self-study plan(please refer to page 17 for Attachment 3: PSIG Teaching Materials & Crosswind Package Study Guide) .
